Storyline: Mexican Narcotics officer Ramon Miguel Mike Vargas has his honeymoon on the Mexican-US border when an American building contractor is killed by a bomb placed in his car to interrupt. Hes killed by the U.S. border, but it is clear that the bomb was planted on the Mexican side. As a result, Vargas delays his return to Mexico City where he was making a case against the Grandi family crime and drug syndicates. Police Captain Hank Quinlan is in charge of the United States and soon had a suspect, a Mexican named Manolo Sanchez. Vargas is soon Quinlan and his Sergeant, Pete Menzies, when caught they plant evidence to convince Sanchez. With his new American wife, Susie, safely tucked away in a hotel on the U.S. side of the border - or so he thinks to review he started Quinlans previous cases. However, while concentrating on the corrupt police officers grandis have their own plans for Vargas and they start with his wife, Susie.
